long-term business relationship. I will treat your document with confidentiality, due care and attention. If you are less than absolutely delighted with the quality of my work, I will refund 100% of my fee.

Terms and Conditions

1. I respect and take your privacy very seriously. I will never sell, pass on, distribute, transfer or otherwise trade your material or information  with a third party, nor will I distribute your personal information to or with anyone else in any way.
2. All of your documents will be deleted from my computer after the completed work has been returned to you and the payment has cleared.
3. You remain in control of the content of your document. You will be able to accept or reject any changes.
4. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your document.
5. An estimate is the approximate cost and amount of time it will take to complete the work.
6. A written quote, once confirmed by you, serves as a binding contract between you (the client) and me, Liz Fleet of Word by Word.
7. Payment is required within 7 days from the date on the invoice.
8. Formal or ongoing contracts can be arranged.
9. I provide proofreading and editing suggestions and advice in good faith to improve your document to the best of my ability and experience. I aim to find and correct errors with 100% success rate. However due to the nature of this work, I cannot guarantee perfection.
10. I will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement, libel, slander or plagiarism contained in your document.
